If purchasing a product or apparel, tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided. For services, the client is responsible for shipping costs to and from Mamba Restorations. Return shipping costs will be calculated through a third party once services have been completed. 

For all restoration services, turnaround time is currently between 4-6 weeks. Please keep in mind this is just an estimate. Work is done in groups of 10. Sometimes your pair may not need extra attention but other pairs in your grouping will. This can cause a delay in your pair being completed within the estimation time stated above.
